Eagleye does not cover damage to associated equipment, persons or properties used or around the supplied item. Eagleye does not cover claims that are caused by misuse, abuse, or neglectful acts caused by the user.
Eagleye Hunting Gear is an Australian Based company. We apologise if there are any delays in getting you, our most valued customer, the parts or replacements you may need. Please bear with us, we guarantee all our products and aim to make your experience dealing with us comfortable and trust you will be a satisfied customer.
If the item supplied is not as described, is faulty or not suitable for the function intended, we offer a replacement free of charge provided the item has not been altered, worn or damaged in any way. Advice of a return must be made without delay, generally within 24 hours of receipt where practical
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of our products please contact us within seven working days to arrange an exchange or refund. All items returned to us must be in original condition, not altered, damaged or used in any way whatsoever and returned in original boxes.
Payment Terms and Security
All Dealer Order will incur a delivery quote which will be supplied on your invoice that is sent once we have received the order. All items are expected to be paid in full from Dealers and consumers before dispatch is authorized. All payments and credit card details are secured and considered highly confidential. All credit card numbers or details are destroyed once the transaction is complete.
Deliveries and Inventory
All consumer deliveries are on same day dispatch basis once payment has been cleared but considering time zones and weekends this may take a little longer on some occasions, including Christmas time periods which may cause more delays. Usual delivery times are between 10 - 20 days, depending on the country. However, Dealer Orders may take a little longer due to bulk and clearances.
Any website errors in listing of the Product name, description, or pricing of any item displayed on this website is subject to database listings and if listed incorrectly due to human error or software error, will be changed as soon as possible to be corrected. If a purchase is made of an Item and it has an incorrect Product name, description, or pricing, then we will notify you immediately upon receiving the Order of the incorrect listing. We are not obliged to sell an item listed with incorrect details in any manner and is part of our Ordering Policy that when making a purchase any item can be withdrawn from sale due to being out of stock or incorrectly listed for whatever reason.
All brands sold on this site are under full manufacturers warranty. All parts and units have spare parts and can be supplied direct from us. However we only cover parts that have failed, not abused or damaged parts by the user.
