Note: Warranties only cover faulty parts/products branded, sold or manufactured by Eagleye Hunting Gear. Eagleye does not cover damage to associated equipment, persons or properties used on or around the supplied item. Eagleye does not cover claims that are caused by misuse, abuse, or neglectful acts by the user.

Step 2. Print the email you receive after the form is completed.

Step 3. Pack the item with the form enclosed ready to post. We will inform where the item should be posted to depending on the product.
