The SmartRest Pic / Weaver Clamp is designed to securely clamp rails measuring 20–22 mm. The clamp can be mounted to any suitable solid surface and features a convenient tool-free side-wall gap adjustment mechanism. It is made out of 6061 anodised alloy. 

Side-Wall Gap Adjustment

The adjustment lever is used to increase or decrease the side-wall gap. Simply rotate the lever to tighten or loosen the clamp.

The receiving nut is a Nyloc nut embedded within the clamp, allowing adjustments to be made without the need for additional tools.

If the lever does not lock securely in the parallel position, simply push the nut out of its recessed slot and rotate it to reposition the lever.

Mounting Options

The clamp offers two mounting options:

1. Top Mounting

• Secure the clamp using the two supplied black 10/24 countersunk screws.
• Screws can be fastened directly into a tapped substrate or secured using the supplied nuts through pre-drilled holes.

2. Underneath Mounting

• Secure the clamp from underneath using the two supplied 1/4-20 button-head screws and washers.
• Utilises the two threaded mounting holes in the base of the clamp.
• Mounting holes are spaced exactly 14 mm centre-to-centre.
